About Dave

With over 22 years as a licensed REALTOR® and more than four decades of hands-on real estate investing experience, Dave Kidder brings exceptional depth, perspective, and professionalism to every client he serves. 

In addition to his real estate career, Dave spent 20 years as a commodities trader, partnering closely with feedlots, farmers, dairies, and ranchers. That experience sharpened his negotiation skills, analytical insight, and ability to perform in high-pressure, fast-moving markets—strengths he leverages to benefit his real estate clients.

Dave’s true passion lies in teaching, coaching, and elevating the real estate experience. Known for asking insightful, powerful questions, he guides clients toward clarity and confidence, helping them understand each step of the process. By the end of a transaction, many of his clients feel equipped enough to “teach a real estate class themselves,” a testament to Dave’s commitment to empowering and educating those he serves.

One of the many stories that reflect his dedication involves helping a legally blind couple sell their home in Fresno and relocate to Arizona. Dave personally guided them through every document, coordinated cleaning, packing, repairs, moving services, and worked closely with their trust attorney. What began as a complex transaction became a meaningful friendship—one that left the clients deeply grateful and Dave honored to have served them.

Outside of real estate, Dave is actively involved in his faith and creative interests. He is a long-time member of Bible Study Fellowship (BSF), where he has served in multiple leadership roles. He is also a devoted writer, currently working on several novels, and enjoys performing in an improv comedy group—with a few stand-up performances already under his belt.
